Have you ever needed help but felt like no one would listen? In a Christian community, too often we feel this way. Divine Solutions For Life was born out of the desire to seek out believers who have allowed the stigma associated with mental health to prevent them from seeking care and any individual open to incorporating spirituality into their overall therapeutic relationship, bridging the gap between Faith Based organizations, Christian leadership, individuals and professional mental health care.

Our vision is to create infinite change in individuals, families, and communities by transforming lives affected by mental illness while healing the spiritually broken.

About the Founder

Her Story

It was in the year 2013, that Aloha became a member of a Christian faith community. As she started to mingle with the people, it dawned on her that there is a group of people among us who were hurt, spiritually, mentally and psychologically, but failed to recognize their suffering and seek professional help.

There was a large number of people, especially the Christian brothers and sisters, who were suffering from different kinds of trauma, anxiety, stress, and other mental disorders but there was no one who could help them sort out their issues.

Aloha also recognized the fact that there are healthcare providers, psychologists, and mental health professionals who failed to understand the need and importance of incorporating spirituality into their methods of treatment. It is for this reason why the people of faith are hesitant and reluctant to seek help from them.

Two years later, in 2015 she decided to return to school and nurture her passion and desire to help others through professional counseling. After completing her degree, she created Divine Solutions for life, a non-profit organization designed to educate people of faith and religion about professional treatments of mental health problems and the dire need to seek help for the well-being of the spirit, body, and mind. Through Divine Solutions for Life, Aloha wants to help counselors, health care providers, psychologists, and religious leaders to design and create a therapeutic relationship that is both spiritual as well as professional.
